Sometimes, everything can seem difficult. The smallest issue may worry or bother us. We get angry easily, we get desperate or we simply do not know how to carry on.
Other times, we can’t make a decision, we can’t stand the idea of going to work or come back home or we may feel trapped in an empty relationship.
In the therapy room we hear sentences like “I feel I’m not the same person as before”, “Something is wrong”, “I can’t explain what I’m feeling”, “I have too many problems”, “I could stand it until now”, “I am not like everybody else” and other similar phrases.
